Three brands. One mission: help you unlock more financial possibilities.
Not in the narrow sense most people mean. Challenging inaccurate or unverifiable information is one part of what we do, and where it applies we do it properly and within the law. But disputes alone rarely get anyone approved. The larger part of our work is building the profile a lender actually underwrites—utilization, account mix, age, positive history, and timing—so that when you apply, the file supports the decision you want.
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. No company can guarantee a specific score, a removal, or an approval, because those decisions belong to the bureaus, the furnishers, and the lenders. What we can tell you is exactly what we will do, why we are doing it, and what we are seeing as we go. Individual results vary.
The review itself will not. Pulling your own report for analysis is a soft inquiry and does not affect your score. Some steps we may recommend—opening an account, for instance—can move a score temporarily before they help it. We will tell you in advance when that is the case, so nothing on your report is a surprise.
It depends on what your file needs. Some profiles are close and need a few targeted moves over a couple of months. Others carry years of history and take longer to reposition. Disputes have their own statutory timelines, typically 30 to 45 days per cycle. We will give you a realistic timeline after we have seen your report, not before.
No—and that assumption keeps a lot of people from applying at all. Lenders weigh far more than the number: utilization, income, the age and mix of your accounts, recent inquiries, and how well your file matches that particular product. Part of our work is matching you to lenders whose criteria your profile already meets.
Most of the industry sells disputes and stops there. We treat the approval as the goal and the credit file as the thing to be engineered toward it. That means we work backwards from what you are actually trying to get approved for—a home, a vehicle, a card, business capital—and shape the profile around those specific requirements.
Yes. Your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act include disputing information you believe is inaccurate or unverifiable, and the bureaus are required to investigate. We work within those rights. We do not remove accurate, current information, and we will not ask you to misrepresent anything to anyone. Your information is handled confidentially.
